Sent product late, have horrible return policies, charged credit card without my permission, ripoff

Company sent me product late. I called to tell them i did not want product anymore they told me that my credit card was already charged. They have a credit verification process that they do which they never did for me so they charged my credit card without my permission.

I got the meats and asked if i could send them back because the order came late and was supposed to be delivered on a specific date otherwise the meats were useless to me. They said i could return the meats but it would cost me around $100 to send back and the meats cost me $110. So i could send it back for $100 and then have no meat or just keep the meat that i didn't need. Company is not willing to work with people and runs a business that basically has no return policy.
