July 20th I ordered a 7500 Aurora desktop from Alienware. I had it maxed out for high end parts. Total cost $5,400 plus some change.
So they tell me to send a cashiers check or credit card the payment. I purchase a wells fargo bank drawn cashiers check for $5,478.65. I send it to them and for the next 4 weeks I am being told every lie possible why my pc has not started production.
Now it's been 28 days since I sent the check. Of course I send it overnight federal express with signature verification. So they recieve it and sign for it, I have proof, federal express says they did it plus their website say so. Now 28 have passed they have had the check 27 of them, and I'm still being told they are waitingh for the check to clear.
It's a cashiers check, you can't purchase a cashier's check unless you fork over trhe money first. Then the financial institution will give you the check.
I call up wells fargo on the 30 th day read them the cashiers check number. The bank officer proceeds to tell me that Alienware corporation cashed that checked and deposited it 24 days ago. I said what?
So I called Alienware immediately and called them on the carpet for their past 4 weeks of habitual lying and dishonesty. Now within a 1 week period my pc was ten put together and on my doorstep.
But during those 32 days of constant lying by Alienware, I wrote down every name of every person that had lied to me about the waiting on the check to clear. There were 17 different people, including 2 supervisors that bold faced lied and told me these outlandish stories. I sent a copy of the list to every dept in ALIENWARE corporation.
So the pc I recieve is so screwed up from the time I plug it in to present day. Right off the bat I am forced to respawn their system and reinstall my os.in fact the first 20 days I have to reinstall WINDOWS 6 times, reformat both hard drives 5 times, send back 1 hard drive (SEAGATE 250 GB 10KRPM) and I'm still waiting for its replacement andalso send back 1 of my 7900 gtx video cards (NVIDIA 512MB) And I'm also waiting for that part. Now both those parts equal $800. And now I've been told that both are out of stock (this is going on 17 days now).
I know for a fact because I called them liars which they are, produced incriminating evidence of 17 employess or more involved. That they used damged parts to begin with. Because when I opened up my pc. The parts inside were not brand new. Even Helen Keller could have see that they weren't.
So here I sit waiting for major parts of my pc (that I've aready paid for) to be shipped back to me. That's totally f*ed up! Thats stealing, it's the worst companyI have ever had to do business with. And to top it off their supervisors and dept. Haeds don't even give a damn. And they have all my money. Thats disgusting and it pisses me off more than anyone could evr imagine.
