Ripoff. Dishonest, unethical and fraudulent billing Saint George Utah

I ordered a "free" CD that shows how to write Small Business Loan and Grant paperwork. I gave this company my bank account information in order to pay for the shipping cost of the CD. I never received this CD and I have been charged 3 times a month for service that I didn't authorize in the amounts as followed:

GSA/SBA Express for $29.95
Networkagenda.com for $7.95
Grant Search Assistant for $5.95

These charges have been taken out of my account three times. I don't understand how shipping and handling charges can transform into $43.85 a month.

These kind of practices need to be stopped and companies that use these ripoff schemes need to be punished.
