Our family runs a non-profit organization since 1952. It's called camp del-haven. Our motto is "turning kids from crime to Christ".
We recieved a flyer from hugesnet, claiming to give anyonehigh speed internet. Since we have very slow internet thissounded great!
They came out put up a pole with the dish on it charged us $150.00 for that, which they cashed that same day. They said we were hooked up, but really we were not hooked up. They left. We called back to inform them we were not hooked up.
They charged $582.64 to our credit card. They didn't show up for weeks inspite of all our calls. I put a hold on that card charge.
My husband said that he would charge it to different card if they promise to come out and install it correctly. They came out long enough to say our hands are tied, yet they charged my husbands card also for $582.64 and we're still not hooked up.
Thats a total of over $1,300.00 that we still have charged to us and no high-speed internet to show for it!
