I subscribered to Freelance Work Exchange on 17 Oct and paid $2.95 for the 7 days trial. But I found I can't even login to the member page because I hadn't been provided login details. So I created a ticket 7357 from it's helpdesk "http://freelanceworkexchange.com/cgi-bin/support/ttx. Cgi" but nothing happened. No email reply, the ticket never been assigned.
So that I wrote another email requesting refund the $2.95 on the third day to [email protected], still nothing replied.
I cancelled the subscription on 21 Oct and gave up claiming the $2.95 refund. According to the agreement, it is within 7 days. Even I didn't receive any membership service.
However, I was surprised to see that my paypal account has been charged another $29.95 by Freelance Work Exchange on 25 Oct!!!
I searched usacomplaints. Coms and looks like I am not the only one suffered. If it's honest business but lack of management methods or customer service. Please refund me $2.95 $29.95 and improve the customer service and support.
