The Music Members Area
Ripoff advertised one for software download, then added unrequested net spy protector to the total price making it impossible to order without the extra software

The musics members area advertise 1 year membership for 11.88GBP but after you have filled in all your information and credit card details they add another 11.88 to the total for so called netspy protector that you have not requested. It is impossible to remove this extra from your final submit page and if your want the original software you are forced to accept the extra
which is another 11.88 GBP.

I believed that I had stepped back from final confirmation by coming out of the last page on seeing the extra payment. But it appears my credit card was charged as soon as my details were entered and processed.
I am having troubled contacting these people as there is no phone number and the email address is an automatic one.
