I ordered one of those wonder pancake pans, yes, yes wonder where it is? Orders in april got weekly newsletter in may, charged in june not sent ever!

AND there is a veraseal stamp of approval but no e-mail address to resond to, only customer service spot checks your e-mail address only. What kind of a rip is this?
