Tristar Products Inc ripoff Ordered from ad check cashed did not recieve products ck cleared Fleet Bank consume

On January 19 I order 2 sets of Pasta Express pans and one set of the options. The check cleared the Fleet Bank at Meriden Conn. On Feb 14. But have not recieved the pans. I would like to know how I can get the money back The Pans were ordered from an ad in the pape
