I ordered two sets of special pasta cooking pots with the strainer built into the lid from Tristar Products after seeing the product advertised in my Sunday newspaper and later on televison.
It's been more than a month since I ordered the products and have not received them even though my personal check has been cashed.
I have contacted Tristar Products and advised them to send the products or a refund or I will be filing mail fraud charges against the company with the U.S. Postal Servce.
To date I have not received a response.
