Paid Twice because I thought was worth it. Got ripped off! Just want product I will pay double. Get what you pay for?

I paid for the product initially at work.

Only to realize that I downloaded it to my desktop computer that had a firewall.;

Couldn't dowload product.

Already paid for. Screwed. $39.95 debited against account.

Thought the product was worth it. They sold me.

Downloaded it again, $39.95 debited against account.

Total out of pocket $ 79.90 Taken!

To realize that they don't accept e-mails: hotmail and/or AOL?

Imagine the odds of that happening, why ever would I have either one of them.

They aren't popular are they?

Just want product downloaded to personal pc at residence.;

Paid for it twice, never got product. Is that right?

Will never stop til I get reimbursed TWICE OR PRODUCT REGISTRATION KEY GIVEN TO ACCESS PRODUCT. YOU DECIDE!
