Refuse to contact me after many attempts, bad business practices

I contacted Tivilon to design a website for me and was told that I would receive an email that would let me give more details about what I wanted. Everything seemed to be a go but two weeks have gone by and I haven't received an email. I sent another followup email through their online contact form and haven't received any response like they're ignoring me. I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere - what a horrible way to treat potential customers with a few thousand to spend.
