I paid for software for web traffic from Unimax Services and when it did not arrive I emailed and asked for a refund. Paul Darby responded with a lot of "flame type" e. Mails lecturing me on procedures and etc and really telling me off in some order. He boasted that he has 79 companies and said he asked the refund dept to deal with my request. NOTHING has come of it. I paid $197 =? 104GB sterling which as a pensioner I can ill afford to lose. I tried my bank, Nationwide Building Society as I paid the fee with a Visa Debit card. They tell me there is nothing they can do! I thought if you paid by visa they would get the money back if it went wrong. Apparantly not. It is time there was some way of policing the internet to prevent all these ripoffs. It was bad enough to have to pay out the $197 but to get insulting e. Mails into the bargain WELL!!
