Ripoff Seller is a fraud AVOID THIS COMPANY

On September 4th, I ordered a book that I needed for school at EBay. The seller never got in touch to provide a tracking number or ship date. I called the numbers listed and got a voice mail which stated that I could not leave a message. Finally, I went to pay pal and got ready to open a dispute. On that page, it had a disclaimer that stated if I called a toll free number, my money would be returned or I would receive my book in 2 days. I called and left 4 messages. I also emailed the company 6 times. After no response, I opened a dispute. Immediately, the seller sent negative feedback to my EBay account.

The seller also sent a series of nasty emails to my personal email. Below is the communication:

(FIRST MESSAGE)
Really you must be brain damaged. Escalate a dispute to a claim. Well we will win because we will provide the appropriate tracking. Please NEVER buy from us again deadbeat!

(SECOND MESSAGE)
Here is our response to Papal. Dear Papal, We know you never read these comments as disputes are automatically won when tracking is provided and the computer verifies that it has in fact been delivered. We think it's funny that the customer is so pissed. We are happy to be her first feedback and negative if that! That's what she or he gets for filing a dispute and then escalating to claim. GOD BLESS YOU!!! Well based on your typing we can throw that out the window along with "love thy neighbor" can't we? IDIOT

(MY RESPONSE)
I think it is funny that you do not respond to 4 voice mails and 4 emails and now want to act like a jerk. I will forward all emails to papal. I have asked only for a tracking number and you have yet to supply that. Why are you being such a jerk? Just provide the tracking number that I can verify.

(THIRD MESSAGE)
Not a jerk. I am a child of God and look how you treat me! Sinner! Your order is forthcoming. You will have it before the weekend. Forward what you will it doesn't matter to me as I have upheld our end of the contract. You have not. That is why you got negative feedback. If you notice the item description CLEARLY states the following information: " NOTE: ITEMS ARE DELIVERED BY MEDIA MAIL IN 10-21 BUSINESS DAYS!" See what I think has happened is you jumped the gun because you judged us and put a lot of faith in our shipping. What you don't realize is that although we have almost 300 negatives this month we Have almost 23,000 over the past year! I guess some people are again quick to judge and can only see the negative in a situation. Good luck. Enjoy your product.

I can not believe this. I have asked for a tracking number. I called per instructions and left messages about this 4 times. You never answered even though it states 24 hours you will answer. Again, I am surprised you have enough time and energy to act this way. Please provide a tracking number. If I had a tracking number then the item was sent and there is no problem. But no, you want to play games. Why can't you provide a tracking number?

Tracking number is forthcoming. I'm not playing games. Just sitting here working late and having fun with you. Well I have to end communication now. All information will be entered into your claim with PayPal. Night!

I finally received my product he ordered it from Amazon. Do not buy from this seller. It is my goal to drag him off the internet and EBay. I will not rest until he is.
