Rebate not paid ripoff

Numerous emails sent and company contacted by phone multiple times. I have been told that they need to resumbit my info to the Accounting Dept. And that they are issuing new check and to wait 2 weeks for it at least 4 different times. Rebate accepted on 5/1/06 and payment pending since 7/11/06.
