I July I ordered the complete DVD set of The Untouchables starring Robert Stack. There were many DVDs. At the same time I also ordered the complete set of Get Smart starring Don Adams. Likewise, there were many DVDs in the set.
When it got to September 1st and I still hadn't received my merchandise, I called the company. There phone number was on my Citi Card statement which showed it was paid to them on July 28 the amoount of $379.98.
They asked for my name, phone number and order number, which I left on the message center. I never heard from them. I have been calling them once a day and then twice a day, and on Sept. 11th I emailed them. No response ever. Customer service operators are always busy, they say.
Notified Citi Card this morning, Sept. 12 and they are filing whatever they do, and are giving me a "conditional" refund at this time.
Citi Group told me to go ahead with this complaint, which I am trying to do.
From what I have read on the Rip Off site, this firm is doing bad things in the world and should be arrested and put out of business because of their fraud.
