I purchasesd a V2premier in October. The biggest piece of junk I ever saw. The last year I had multiple problem with the hard drive and cd writer. Thier tech support did not help much. I ended up having the hard drive crash a month out of warranty. The catch is I wanted to buy the extended warranty in the last month. They would not let me. I talked to the tech. And was transferred to a extension which hung up on me. I have put in almost $700 dollars in trying to fix my computer. A hard drive, new operating program, because v2 does not give you a operating cd. I called they told me to go to a store. A new cd, dvd writer. Now the computer does not write to cd anyway. What a piece of junk. Shop NBC should be ashamed of itself for selling this piece of junk. Just as a piece of information, I have a business that when this computer crashed in the last year of warranty, it took all of my customers files and distroyed the back up disk I was trying to save them to.
