Ripoff Fraud dishonest outsource technical support nonexistent

I purchased a Dell Computer in October. What is a mistake. I am at the point I have no idea to talk to. I have written so many letters at this point I have lost track.

My hard drive crashed after 3 months. I call tech support, waited 45 minutes before I got anyone if you want to call it that, was transferred to everyone in creation, disconnected, hung up on. I called back and told them about my hard drive crashing. They did not believe me. On top of everything else I was speaking to someone in India or somewhere. What the h*ll is that all about? I was hung up on again. My cell phone bills are so high at this point I do not know what to do.

Well after a zillion calls, I finally spoke to some jerk who told me to take the hard drive apart and look and see what's wrong. What in creation are they there for? I freaked, starting screaming at the jerk and demanded a replacement hard drive. I have a four-year warranty and no one there can tell me what it covers. Actually, they refuse to tell me. After that they did send me a replacement hard drive—used, and a mess, the tech that delivered it said he does not install the operating equipment. Meanwhile, it was not new. They do not sell you new equipment. And just left this piece of junk in my home. I called tech support again, which was a real joke. I got a rude, arrogant piece of incompetence, who rushed me through and then disconnected me. This was in January.

From January to May I kept up my payments—I have no idea why and still no tech support. They are non-existent or they are in India. Finally, I have no idea how, I got my computer up and running by myself. I am a word processor not a tech but I got it going. It's still not running the way it should and I am paying good money for this. I am so frustrated. I work at home. I freelance and no one will help me.

Now my mouse went, I called them again only to hold on for about 1 hour. Another jerk told me to take the mouse apart and clean it. I asked for a replacement mouse. Said he could not send it. What in heaven's name am I paying for? Not only that I get my bill and have all kinds of charges for a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse. I did not order any of things. I just wanted a replacement mouse. I have tried to get Financial Services for months now and can not get a soul. What do I do.

I would never ever recommend Dell to anyone. They are a FRAUD company and should be out of business. Their products are refurbished—not new and garbarge. How does a hard drive go after 3 months? And to top it off they don't honor their warranty. Won't explain what it covers and hand up on their customers. They are rude and arrogant people who should not be in business.
