I was about to enroll in this companys program as it claims the downlaods area 100% compatible with iPod. While I dont know if this true, I did try to call the tech support and found like the other report here that the number is monitored by a voice mail system. There is no chat or online support and the site is not SSL as advertised. Ive updated the contact info so that if anyone else wants to make contact with them, now the can in c/o TD Networks Adrian Wilson.
