Here are some excerpts from the emails I received after ordering lightweigt waterproof paper and receiving Heavyweight Paper and a copy of the invoice they sent me when they received my order. Never once did they apologize for the mistake or even acknowledge that it was their mistake, even after I sent the email confirmation they sent me showing what I ordered.

As you can see there is no limit to how low they will stoop to try and rip you off. I sent the whole order back a day after I received it with a tracking confirmation. When they realized they couldn't claim they didn't receive the goods back, they accused me of using half the stuff and trying "to blame them"? They only credited me a portion of what I payed, but lucky for me I used my Visa card and I work in the bank who issued the credit card, so I was able to dispute the charge and get my full refund. The Credit card dept is also forwarding all the emails they sent to me to Visa along with my dispute letter.
