I am getting a little worried about my purchase from EDPS Online Warehouse. I ordered about a month ago and have not received my item (even though when I bought it the invoice said that I would receive it 2 weeks after the purchase date).
Over the past few weeks I have been emailing and leaving voicemail messages for them with my order number and asking when I should expect my package. I have not received one response. I am hoping this is just poor customer service and shipping problems... But I have read other online reports about this company and it's owner, Elissa Darrow-Eystad, and it worries me.
Hopefully I will get either my package or a company response soon.
