I purchased a 19" LCD monitor back in January and promptly sent in the rebate along with all required information. The rebate was received and acknowledged and subsequently denied.
Since then I have mailed and remailed certified the same forms proving that I did indeed provide all the requried information, I have faxed and called and am being ignored.
They have given me two different reasons the rebate was denied (no signature on rebate form and no UPC provided) both of which are not true. I have documentation of this and have sent it but they continue to ignore it.
Now it's been so long the product is even $41 less than I originally purchased it for, so I need that and my $70 and that doesn't even cover the time and money I have spent on certified mail and effort to get through to these people.
