I have placed two orders and paid in full and have not received my merchandise.
I have contacted Bidz via live chat (they make sure you can't talk to them by not posting a telephone number, and when you do call them, you have to get to 'any' department to get a real person-an then get transferred).
I've spent 35-to 55 minutes chatting with idiots who refuse to help you or even answer your questions. I was told to wait 48 hours (not once, but twice, so, i've waited 96 hrs) for a response from bidz. The reponses are always the same. They don't give you the answers to your questions.
Also, when tracking my shipments, I found that, they never even came close to my town and were then rerouted back to Culver City (at Bidz.com)... I'm still awaiting another 48hrs.
If anyone is interested in a class action suit, please let me know, I'm ready for a fight!
I stand to lose over $300.00 to a fraudulent company.
