I went to 24/7 downloads because it was highly recommended by a popular mp3 review website. I paid $23.88 by debit card before I could gain access to the site. Everything looked fine until I found out that my ISP blocked the necessary ports that 24/7 used to download files. 24/7 suggested that I change ISPs. No way!
I asked for my money to be refunded several times. I jumped through the hoops that they required and was never even given a reply e-mail. I called the support phone number several times at diffent times of the day and I got a message explaining that there was no one available to take the call and to leave my own message. I did that too. No one replied to that either.
It's been a month and a half. They have my money, but I never downloaded even one file.
Stay away from this service!!! Unless you like giving your money to scam artists.
