Ripoff removed money from mastercard

I received my august MasterCard statement to find 6/7 transaction for $6.95.

As you can imagine being in England and not having used my card for over two months I was perplexed. I mean I have not purchased any American dollars ever!

Then I found this report and it all made sense seems like there not just limited to the US.
