On 6/29 i orderded Phentermine 37.5mg from this company costing me $112.00. The product was never delivered. My bank honored the debit request immediately.
I have sent several emails and made several telephone calls to the company.
The emails they initally responded to saying they were waiting on a Doctors approval, then there is a back order, then the web site would work, then another pharmacy started answering there phone reporting this company went out of business and we bought there 1-800 number and are reporting to the clients they are no longer in business.
My bank is disputing my dispute and my refund as the debit trasactions was valid. This is fraud.
