On July 25th, my checking account was debited 21.95 from membership plus. Luckily I could view the check online and saw in very tiny print the phone number. I called and spoke with a woman who said I had signed up. I informed her that I didn't drive... Don't own a car and would NEVER sign up for this. She told me she would cancel the membership. I called back three hours later and spoke with a man, same spiel. I said I never received a confirmation email or welcome letter to inform me I even had a membership as is customary from reputable businesses. He said he would issue a refund in 5-10 days. After reading this report, I am very discouraged that I will ever see that money again. Has anyone received money back from this company?
