Still waiting for my $1178.07 e-gold to domestic wire exchange order placed on July 4th.
I am a returning customer from a couple of years ago who is trying to extract the same e-gold I bought through them.
I have given them everything they asked for (and they only ask after they have your funds) - passport, utility bill. And they have my original bank info (the same USA bank account I used years ago to purchase from them and which I'm now requesting a wire transfer into).
I have had to keep badgering them to get a response to my messages and now they are dragging their feet over an issue of a "blocked" e-gold account that used to be linked to my SpaceGold customer profile. THIS ACCOUNT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CURRENT TRANSACTION BUT IS BEING USED AS THE REASON FOR NOT PROCESSING MY ORDER.
Get this, in utter frustration, I handed the "blocked" account over to them (gave them the passphrase) so they could check out the history detail for themselves and see there is nothing fishy with this account that last had funds and activity in 2004.
And today, I am still waiting. I don't believe any of their excuses as I have a CAP verified GoldMoney account and no one doubts GoldMoney's intention of being seen as a clean operation.
Also, it is not just "furriners" they are scamming as I am a US citizen (but living overseas).
BEWARE OF THESE GUYS! There are a number of other reputable, customer service focussed companies that I now wish I had used instead to get my funds.
