Be carefull with them, guis! Working with them - just a waste of time, money and private information!
After submitting of On-line filling form with all of my private information and Credit Card numbers with sequrity code I used to be asked to provide to them my photo ID. They motivated it with high level of fraud and needs of my identity check.
Also, they declared that neither my phone nor my email address is not working, which is not true, I didn't get any phone calls, messages or emails, for sure!
After some negotiations with them, I've sent my photo ID to them. Two days later I was notified that they haven't my ID in the file. I've sent it to them again. Next, I've provide to them my web-site information and the other phone - no results, by Monday I've got refuse due to absence of my information and ID in theirs file. My account closed.
I've called to the customer support where I was unpolitely explained that my accout closed and I'm late. No reaction on my explanations. Than I've email all of the story to investigation department with request of investigation. Two days later I've got message that I was late.
I lost 1 week and Identity!
What they are doing with my identity and private information?
Not clear, bad service!
