Last year I bought a web hosting deal with Startlogic.com, I since then have not used the account in over 11 months.
They started email me to renew and It said if I did not respond now I would lose my domain name. Which was fine with me I no longer wanted the site nor did I renew anything.
Of course when I did this I used a debit card - well now without my permission they have billed my bank account $70.50 then sent me a email telling me what they had done.
When I sent them a email my responce is listed as importance low, from both the billing department and also the renewal department.
