USA Credit, without my authorization took $149.95 out of my acct., for a shopping card. The bank told me who they were and gave me the number. I called them and they said I had applied online... Do not recall that.
Tried to get me to file a report with the police for identity theft. I told them I could not be 100% sure I didn't do it because I was on line one day entering a sweepstakes to win a free canopy bed from "Better Homes and Gardens", and had to go through a lot of popups, and questionaires.
Finally got disgusted with that and X'd out and scrapped the whole idea. Now they took $149.95. They offered me a cancellation with a $35.00 fee. Which I was forced to take to get any of my money from them.
