Mine is as everyone else. Thought EBAY was not a crook. I didnt receive anything for the money they stole from my bank account. I was told it was cancelled but they still took the 29.95 out of my checking account. I was told "THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY.
"Dear Consumer:
If you could fax us in a phone statement showing that you called us before the 17th then that would be perfect and We can refund you from whenever you had cancelled. But our records show you called on the 17th and talked to Carrie csr #2569 and asked to cancel your account. But if you can perhaps give us proof of cancellation before the billing date then We will have no problem refunding you from that point. But untill then no refund will be issued, once again We do apologize for any inconvienece this may have caused you.
