On the 17th of July I registered on E-bay for the first time and listed two items for auction. The next day I listed four more items for auction. I then checked my bank account online that evening, and saw that a debit had been made to my account by a company calling itself "NEWAVE, INC. 800-8313952 CA" on the 17th which I have never talked to by phone, communicated with online, or even HEARD of!
After an online google search, I saw another complaint for this group on the usacomplaints.com. It seems they are affiliated in someway with E-bay—a company with a dubious customer service record, and apparently no customer service number at all!
