Ordered inexpensive business cards from Vista Print, received them and was pleased, then recieved a fraudulent charge on my card used for that purpose every month following for 14.95,
Supposedly I was sent an e-mail detailing how I was "signed up"
for their "program" at the checkout of Vista Print, however I never did, They claimed I accecpted their terms which I had not, and chose to subscribe to their plan which I did not.
I have now paid 14.95 per month from 11/05-06/06, these are probably the most expensive business cards I could possibly have purchased, I have now called to cancel my "subscription" after much pomp and circumstance and been told that my fees will be refunded, however I have yet to see any credit on my card and find it hard to believe that this was some sort of "honest mistake". This is a scam of the worst kind, they seem to be making tons of money by hijacking credit card info at the checkout of Vista Print, and claiming to be legitimate if questioned after the fact. Don't let them get away with it!
Has anyone out there seen this supposed confirmation E-mail?
