This company does not intend to honor its clients
the surveys are always filled the company also has a millions other companies that are tied in with this company for example you have won a free vacation or 500 dollars, enter your name and address you will never get to the submit section because other offers are popping up the screen will eventually freeze up or lock up. THEN YOU HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING OR SIGN UP FOR SOMETHING IT'S NOT A SURVEY IT'S A TRAP.
Your customer service link does not work, the surveys are the same for the past two days and i can not access aol web site because i'm not a member. I have not gotten what was offered and i would like a refund to my credit card and i do not want to hear about no refunds because white over night tried to scam me and by the time i was done they were on the news and charges were filed for fraud and i did get my money back. So please refund asap. Also noted that you are on the bbb list for bad buisness.
