I cannot write a very long report just now, just let it be known that for an entire week BEFORE my open heart surgery, Dell customer service called every day and threatened, yelled, criticized, belittled, and knowingly raised my stress level as high as it could go. The Dr. S almost had to rescedule my surgery as a direct result of their friendly customer service.
Fortunately for me, I was spared the open heart and had a different procedure to buy some time before the open heart. These people knew that I was having surgerey and would not wait until after to talk with me.
As far as I'm concerned, they have gotten all they will ever get from me. I made strict regular payments on my account for over 3 1/2 years. I'm 62 years old and will go to jail before they get another thing, and that includes the computer.
