I should have checked here first. This company did not deliver the amount of hits I paid for in the prescribed time frame. First of all, after ordering 25,000 hits which I had been led to believe would be delivered over the course of 30 days, I received more than half in one single day.
They advertise these are real hits from real customers but logs show all hits on a given day come within a 15 minute time frame (usually between 4 -6 am) and all show a length of visit as 1 second or less.in other words this is nothing more than an automated hit that they generate. Not a real person actually viewing your site.
When I initially complained about so many hits in just one day they did add another 5,000 hits as credit, unfortunately I still haven't received all the hits I was due (30 days expired May 23 this is June 7 and still haven't received all my hits). Furthermore, it is impossible to contact them via phone. E-mail responses are very slow, non-responsive to my questions and are flat out deceptive. Actually, I'm smarter than this. It's my fault for not checking up on them better to begin with.
Do not be fooled by their advertisements. They do not deliver genuine hits by any stretch of the imagination.
