Ripoff on the internet

I placed an order with urbanq.com, only beacause of their promises for rebates, or "q-bates' as they call them. I gave them my address for the billing and my parents' address for the shipping. I send a lot of my packages to their house because I am gone a lot and live in not such a great neighborhood.

Well, first of all, it was sent to my home even though I gave them another address to ship it to. Then, when I opened my box, it had someone else's invoice, and not mine.

Well, I looked over these mistakes, and sent in my q-bates. Weeks, went by and i never heard from them, so I emailed them. They told me that I didn't put some dumb code on the envelopes and I would not get my money back.

I emailed them again and told them that they made two mistakes with my order, and if they weren't going to give me my rebates then I wanted to return all of the merchandise. They sent me an email back and told me that they would give me a one time courtesy rebate, but they couldn't tell me when it would come.

I placed the original order on March 22. They told me in May in an email that i would get my rebate. I have not yet received it. I have emailed them MANY times. I have all of my emails saved. They keep sending me the same email telling me that I will get it.

When I mention the words "fraud" and "lawyers", my emails are ignored.

They are nothing but a ripoff. They owe me $254, which I am desperate to get. I only bought their overpriced jumk because i thought that it would be free in the longrun. Little did I know that they would rip me off completely.
