I order from Americas Best BBQ on May 1. Their policy states 1-3 weeks delivery time for accessories. Their web site to this date (5/26/06) still has no record of my order under my account (Customer Service states its a glitch). I have talked to Customer Service on the phone two times and after the second time a customer Service Rep (Woman named Pat) left a voice mail message on my work phone stating my order was shipped from the factory and I will be getting a Fedex tracking number. This was on May 17th.
I never received a tracking number and now they just ignore my e-mail inquiries about my order since my last e-mail (5/25/06) stated that after doing some research, I found that the Kansas City, MO Better Business Bureau has numerous complaints about them and they are listed as "NOT RECOMMENDED". I stated in my last E-mail if I didn't receive my order by 6/1 I would file a complaint with the KC BBB.
Now keep in mind that my order was just for Weber Grill accessories (
