I joined 24DailyPro on Christmas day. They hit a little bump in the road - but kept assuring the members through numerous emails to hang in there - that everything would be paid out.
I had $300 in my account. I waited and waited. I wrote and requested a refund. More emails asking us to hang in there. Now they are up and running again - taking in more and more money and STILL issuing emails proclaiming it was up and running again and everything was fine.
I have been sending them a request for refund for months. They don't have a "contact us" link on their website and no phone number listed. I have been writing to their admin email address which shows up in their emails to the members.
I have also filed URGENT help desk tickets and they go unanswered.
