I bought into Survey Scout in November in hopes of making a very badly needed extra income. It was'nt long before I realised that I had been ripped off.
I didn't make one red cent.in order to complete a survey and collect my earnings, I was expected to purchase anywhere from 2-6 products from each company.
Of course I did not complete the surveys because I did not have the funds. But I am not known as a quiter!
I continued putting in the hour and effort every day for 2 months only earning worthless points that I realised I would never be able to redeem.
I requested for a refund twice and was ignored both times (At this time, I can not remember if it was PayPal or ClickBank) that my purchase with Survey Scout had processed through.
I simply went through (which ever one it was) and requested a refund through them, also giving them a full explaination on my refund request.
I recieved a fax from them confirming my refund with-in 24 hours of my request. I recieved my refund within 3 business days following.
I told ya, I am not a quiter! Survey Scout lied to us about every thing else, so why would they give us instructions on receiving refunds?
