I been trying to get a refund for printer ink that I never received. They told me they sent it to me which I never received. I sent for it on Oct. 27. They keep giving me the runaround. I sent them Emails, fax, wrote through the mail and called on the phone. I talk to a woman on May 15 and she was rude and not helpful. She said they can not do anything for me. I want a refundof $28.33 that I paid for printer ink.
