1&1 Non-English speaking jerk from the Phillipines said NO when I asked for a supervisor and nicely hung up on me

After trying for 72 hours for Exchange to propogate and then getting Internal Error 500 on their website, I called. Adam sounded retarded - his slurred speech and slow response made me think that he didn't belong on the technical support line. First he asked me to clear my "cache". Seems like it's the first thing on the script.

When I asked him not to go by the script, he went off on me. He started SCREAMING at me about "How do you know I'm reading a script?" Blah, blah, blah. Then I asked for his supervisor. His response was, "NO!" Excuse me?"No I'm not getting my supervisor." Twenty times I asked him. He then started 'closing' the call and speaking over me said, "thanks for calling... Sorry we couldn't help you."

I told him not to hang up on me and he was saying "bye-bye" at that time.

Frustrated beyond belief with this a-hole, I did what little one could do. I mustered up the courage and I said, "Adam...[silence cause he was listening] F.U." and hung up.

I have since been cancelling all of my accounts and moving domains.

The fact that you would drive me to utter those words means that he did exactly what he wanted - he drove me frigging insane with anger. Adam - if you read this. I hope you get swallowed up by a tsunami one day. You deserve it!
