They shipped me the sam WRONG product twice, Sony bluetooth headset with an Asian power adapter.
The other item was Ditto backup tapes. They say that they will only give me store credit due to over thirty days and they were opened. How the heck do you know the tape is defective without opening it?
Store credit is not acceptable since they have proven to be irresponsive and inept.
I would never buy another product from them. They told me I had to request an RMA form prior to them reshipping/replacing the wrong and defective products when notified within 30 days of purchase. Then they stalled issuing the RMA.
When they finally did issue the RMA it was for only one of the products of two which we wanted replace.
Originally I asked only for replacement. That's when they sent the wrong Asia model product twice.
I'm done with this company. I have better things to do than fight for four months for replacement of the RIGHT products.
They're a RIP OFF!
