I am Silvia from Germany and in December i will buy a Puppy from Tonya Ramirez from weloveshihtzus. We write mails and i reserve a male from her. The price for the Puppy was 1600 plus 400 for shipping. I pay $400 Deposit and it seams that everything works fine. She send me pics and told me he was standard sice, but you know i am a Breeder too and saw that he was small but ok. One week befor shipping to Germany she say the shipping rate was not 400 it was 895 dollars. I ask why and she say because she had to translate the certificates and something more so it was more than 400. I dont willing to pay these 495 dollars more, because its a lot of Money and not one Week befor shipping. She had enought Time to check all and i send her all she need for shipping to here from our Ministery She gets mad and tell me

Yes I will refund the deposit. You need to stop shopping Puppyfind. You will NEVER find a breeder that will be able to get a puppy to Germany for less than $800.2-3 months for now when all of the puppies you have purchased are ready to go home you will see. I am forced to place an ad on puppyfind to warn breeders of you. Not to put dogs on hold for you for 8 weeks and lose the time when you back out and wont pay shipping fees in the end.
You can inform anyone you please. When you do a chargeback at your credit card company it is called FRAUD. Deposits are NON refundable and I have the emails PROVING that you refused to pay shipping charges for the dog. You have no idea who you are messing with here. So you go ahead and chargeback and YOU will be the one in trouble! I promise you that! I am notifying Other breeders and puppyfind today of what your plans of using fraudulent funds on your credit card to pay breeders for dogs!

I write to paypal were i pay Tonya the Deposit. They check everything, but tell me than it was more than 30 days and so they cant help me.

I decided to remove the ads about you on puppyfind today.
Because after speaking with my paypal account manager I was able to get them to release the $400. When you filed a complaint they put a hold on the funds. Even though it had been more than 30 days and they closed the investigation. So it wasn't something you done that time.

I am woman enough to own up when I make a mistake. I am sorry for accusing you of having it when it was paypal that held it. You said you sent a letter to your credit card company to chargeback your $400. Should we just wait for that to happen?

I cant charge back the money with my Card Company because i pay with paypal.
I am going to write a bulk email to all breeders letting them know that we have this cleared up.

I will warn you about Tonya Ramirez, she is a SCAMMER, CHEATER and a SNAKE. She do anything only for her self. I will contact a Lawyer, because what she do is incredible.
