After paying $199 for a correspondence course in event planning the international wedding and event planning institute IWEPI did not answered non of my emails and did nosent the certificate they promised upon conpletition of the course. My assigments were great as per the one that was suppose to be my tutor Paul Mayfair who I think is the forger of this scam since he was the one who I contact with and whos website is now closed along with www.iwepi.com websites. He proclaimed to work for the minerva group in ireland of who website is also down. Is my believ that he used all this to scam peopl easily. I know three people who paid the $199 dollars for the course and did not received anytinh and at the end got rude when replyinbg to email. DAvid morrison who was one the emails of IWEPI is not answering either. People around the world dont let this people scam you with those correspondence courses over the internet investigate well before you pay your moeny and help spread the word abot IWEPI
