I ordered a computer from shop nbc to be complete loaded ready to go from Jim (owner of company). Lots of money! Came from ups boxes in pierces sent one back!
Computer was advertized to be 1005% pre-loaded all programs. Was only 13'ed loaded. Warranty tech came out fix it with a part call power source, which was not the problem! He wrote and extended report to his company, i FAXED copy to david and contacted president line and was treated like a piece of dirt, disrespect by CHET CONNERS saying yea, yea, when i was trying to tell him my problem.
He yelled at me i yelled at him and told him he was not interested in my problem and i was hanging. Then i was told to contact A HENRY person he just listen and all refused to send me return labels to send it back.
MY charge will be $1'600 plus $'s to nbc credit card. I told chetchad conners i'd send it back without the labels! ~he said he would send it back to me over and over again, no matter how many times i sent it. My computer was not 100% loaded from day one i called them from beginning in dec.
Shop nbc sells damaged computers v2 premier "baby face owner JIM" advertizes as new not built until you order it, 100% loaded, i have missing parts, 13'ed loaded and have to deal with disrespectfull tech as chetchad conners.
President line, Henry just listenS i, guess when, {THE LINE IS COMPLETELY QUITE, }i tell my problem and sends me parts to put on, when their service tect has special tools to use, found my tower had been damaged by a fork lift leaving side of computer bent in so he had trouble getting it of.

Or do they get away with it and ruin my credit give me a sick condition because i believed no one would be that crocked and use a big NBC STATION MEDIA TO DO IT??!!
Thanks, please help me, i still have not paid them i had a six month period before they charged my card. I am a shutin with a back injry and live off ss 564.00mo. My children gave me that as agift. They saved and work alongtime to surprise me withit.
