Kelley Computing, And Raul Kelley
The brother of my partner ripped us off for $12,447.20 worth of restaurant management system that he did not deliver but kept the money. Ripoff

We are opening a new restaurant in Riverside California and my partner decided to have his brother Raul Kelley, owner of Kelley Computing CO., Inc. A computer consulting company since 1995 to help us in putting together a restaurant management system. My wife and I also purchased from him a home security system in which Raul also consulted us on this system. We wrote a couple of checks totaling $12,447.20 in January.

We had been told by Raul numerous times that he was still working on the system and that it would be delivered in time before the restaurant would open and that he would install both the restaurant and home security system himself. Also he said because he wanted to help his brother he would install both systems for free. We thought this guy was great because he talk a good game. It was just that a game. He played us for fools.

He kept giving us dates that the system would be deliverd and we felt in our hearts that something was wrong because the date would come and go and he would not show up. Many times we would call and he would not answer his phone. Finally one day I suprised him and he answered the phone and again said he was packaging up the system to be delivered. It was just another lie.

We never received any of the restaurant management system or the security system worth $12,447.20, however we did get 1 Dell computer system maybe worth $600 and that's it.

We feel that this person Raul Kelley owner of Kelley Computing Co.in New York, New York needs to be stoped because he thinks that he can get away with this. We are in California and he is in New York, therefore he thinks that he is out of the clear. He has another thing coming.

We plan to expose and prosecute him and his company to the fullest extent until we get our money back. It's not about the $12,447.20 it's about trusting someone especially when it was your partners brother. This is what makes it so wrong.

We will take this to the news media, radio, televison and the internet to let the public know that this person is a crook and he must be stopped.
