Over a Year ago I ordered Comcast High Speep Internet from Comcast. They told me that the installer will be home between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, well they sent a young kid contractor that showed up at 6:30 PM, he try his best to make it work but he could not get it to work. With the promaise of coming the next day, I let the poor kid go home around 7:30 PM.
The next day the asked me to pass by their office and pick up an installation pacakage and re run the installation software. Well this software messed up my computer and it never worked. I call my local office and asked them to pass by and pick the modem unit.
The same kid pass by, picked the modem and left. Comcast was billing me all this time. 4 month ago I was checking the bills and saw that Comcast was still billing me. I went to my local office again and ask them to remuve that charge from my billing.
They told me that they will revise the case and give credit for the many month of wrongful billing. Next month I check the bill and found that the charge for HSP wast still there. I went AGAIN to the office located at Brick Blvd and was told that a supervisor called Reyna will call me. NEVER DID! I have received the bill again this month and found that the charge still there!
Comcast might be a great company, but the personnel at Brick have dealt with this situation very unprofessional. They have promaised that this Reyna will take care of this situation. HELLOOOO 3 month ago and we STILL receiveng the HSI bill.
I guess they are so fast in this HSI service that they can't stop to take care of this problem, they are so fast just to bill me!!! So much for their great service, great servise for themselves! Stop billing me!
