I thought I was doing something legal by sighing into a site to download music. I was infact looking for one particular song which I could not find on any free download.
So, I spotted the site in question and thought it was a great deal. I have uptil now not been able to find the song I was lookig for and my credit card has been charged in the amount of $42,00. Not only have I not found the music but through searching how to work the software downloaded I came to your site. This was a complete shock to me. I feel such a fool!
I always thought that I was being careful with my credit card details. Not only that; the software is of no use to me and after filling this report will delete it. I have by now given up trying to figure out the system and besides they do not provide an e-mail address just thousand of FAQ which does not make sense to me either!
I sincerely hope these perpetrators will be put out of business and that i will somehow get some of my money back.
The annoying thing is that you are directed to download software every time you log on. To think that I was under the impression that I was doing something wrong.
