Clicked a pop-up ad for a coupon after purchasing books on the internet. Next thing I knew, my bank account (via debit card) reflected a recurring $9 "membership fee" to Reservation Rewards. I had no idea what this was so I called them. They were very adamant that I had agreed to this by virtue of the fact that I had entered my e-mail address twice (for verification) in the coupon pop-up. Who ARE these people? I demanded they stop withdrawing funds from my account immediately, and demanded a full refund. They agreed to refund $9.
